"Paying Homage to the Night"

Wouldn't it be great if we used our supernal powers to make this world a better place in 2022? What would you focus your power on? Focus on the good and that's what you will see around you. When I've heard enough bad news in a day, I turn the TV off! I go for a walk with a friend, or my camera. I bake something delicious. I edit some photos! 

It's the start of a New Year, and rather than focus on any lofty goals, which usually fizzle out anyway, I decided to focus on my word for 2022. "Connections" came to mind when I looked back over the past three years since I retired from my full-time day job. Someone once told me that when they left work they wouldn't have any friends to do anything with because their friends would still be working. I've found the opposite to be true. I found 'retired' or 'self-employed' friends who make the time to indulge in an impromtu coffee date, or walk in the park. In fact, I've made more friends walking in the park! I think I found my tribe!!
